Introducing, the "Cheeky Protein Brownie"! This delicious and healthy treat is sure to hit the spot without wasting your workout. Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and salt.

  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract.

  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
