I specialize in creating dynamic workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. From Barre to Pilates, Cardio to Strength Training, Noga to Stretch and Meditation, I've got you covered. My goal is to empower women (and men) to feel strong, ageless, and in control of their personal power through my home workout classes.
I understand that life can be busy, that's why I offer daily live-streamed classes that can also be accessed on-demand. With upbeat music, easy-to-follow cues, and expertly choreographed routines, my classes will help you feel your best.
