An Ode to Fitness Instructors

Fitness instructors, we salute you. You're the ones who lead us through grueling cardio classes, the ones who make us sweat, and the ones who make us feel like we can conquer the world (or at least the stair master). You're the unsung heroes of the studio or gym, the ones who make working out bearable and dare we say, even enjoyable.

Let's be real, without you, we'd probably still be lying in bed, scrolling through Instagram, and eating our weight in ice cream. But thanks to you, we're up and at 'em, hitting the gym and feeling like a million bucks (well, maybe not a million bucks, but you get the point).

You're the ones who make us laugh with your dad jokes, the ones who make us cry with your motivational speeches, and the ones who make us question our life choices with your burpee challenges. But through it all, we keep coming back for more.

You're the ones who make us feel like we're part of a community, a fitness family, and for that, we are eternally grateful. We may complain about your early morning classes, but deep down, we secretly love them (ok, maybe not so secretly).

So here's to you, fitness instructors, the ones who make us laugh, sweat, and feel like we can conquer the world. We may not always show it, but we appreciate you more than you know. Keep doing what you're doing, and we'll keep showing up (even if it's just for the dad jokes).

In conclusion, fitness instructors are the unsung heroes of the gym/studio or whatever facility they teach at. They make working out bearable and enjoyable, they make us feel like we're part of a community, and they make us laugh. So next time you're in a fitness class, take a moment to appreciate the person leading you through the workout, they are the ones that make the experience bearable and even fun. And if you're looking for cheeky and fun fitness classes, fitness education and motivation, or cool new results geared programs to add to your repertoire, come check out our NOGA Movement, we promise you won't regret it.
