Noga Flow- Encore

Service Description

Login and workout!! Encore classes are pre-recorded classes offered live. Metric tracking included and some classes will offer live coaching. Prior to class you will receive a virtual invitation to join the ZOOM LiveStream workout. You may choose to be seen or be anonymous, so join the group or privately workout- you choose. Pillow, yoga block and yoga strap-all optional!! Socks or bare feet. Don't let outside circumstances hold you back from enjoying your workout. These classes are our community and we can all see each other, chat afterwards and know, we are still working out together!
