· All you need is wifi … a set of dumbbells, mini-loop resistance bands and an optional step (or bench/stable chair)
· Designed for home or travel workouts with small spaces
· This is a low-impact, low-intensity program
· Geared to ALL AGES & ALL fitness levels – especially beginners and those looking to work on balance & stability. Modifications and intensifications are offered through the workout videos

ALL LEVELS: Pre-designed online fitness programs with all levels in mind. From newbies looking to learn fitness FOUNDATIONS, to workout addicts wanting to INTENSIFY … there’s something for everyone!
LIMITED EQUIPMENT: For most programs, a set of dumbbells is all you need. Some also include optional mini-loop resistance bands.
WORKOUT FROM HOME: All workouts are designed to be done safely from home (or travelling, or anywhere you may be). You just need a small space, even the size of a yoga mat will do, and wifi.
