3 Weeks to a DANCERS BODY!
Welcome to 3 weeks of BARRE FOCUSED workouts - designed to help you get strong, stable, balanced and DEFINED!
Over these next 3 weeks, we're going to ZONE IN on all areas of the body - from the tummy in the front, to the booty in the back. 360 degree training!
And we're even going throw in some cardio - just for FUN!
Through strengthening our core and lengthening our muscles, we're going to focus on becoming more balanced and stable, reducing our risk of injuries, and shredding our entire body.
So excited to spend the next 3 weeks with you!
Schedule your workouts:
This program has 18 workouts total. Make the commitment to yourself to get them all done. Schedule them!
Get your workout space ready:
Clear a corner, dust off the weights, whatever you need to do. But get your workout space ready.
Equipment needed:
You will need light dumbbells (1-3lbs) a playground ball, stretch band and something stable to balance with. (Chair, countertop, barre).
Print out or track online:
- Your calendar for the program
- 1 copy of the tracking sheet
- 1 copy of your meal planner
- 1 copy of your results tracking sheet.
