Who we are...

Noga Movement started as fitness education where instructors were certified to teach. Now we are a complete online studio that creates fun, unique and results driven programming. We've evolved our online space to create a studio environment and community that brings health enthusiasts, of all ages and levels together and keeps us connected. 

We are truly passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. We understand, now more than ever, how hard it is to find the time and motivation to devote to YOUR personal wellness.  

Our NEW Virtual Studio is designed with you in mind and is unlike anything you've tried. We are committed to your success and excited to share the personal programs, tracking, motivation and accountability to ensure you're reaching your fitness goals.

We utilize heart rate based workout options which require the purchase of a heart rate monitor. To track metrics live you must use our monitor. Every member has access to classes and tracking through our app with or without the monitor.
